Prep: Fry 500 g of sliced onions until golden; remove and crush them.
Sizzle: In the same oil, add 2 kg of chicken pieces and 300 g of curd mixed with SPi Korma Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 20–30 minutes.
Simmer: Add 3 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste and ½ cup of water for gravy. Cook until the chicken is tender.
Finish: Stir in the crushed onions, cover, and let it simmer for another 5–10 minutes on low heat.
