Quick Cooking Guide

  1. Marinate: Coat 500 g of fish cubes with ginger-garlic paste and 25 g (half packet) of SPi Fish Ambul Thiyal mix for 20 minutes.

  2. Sauté: Heat oil in a clay pot or pan; add sliced onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and pandan leaves.

  3. Simmer: Add the marinated fish and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil until the gravy is absorbed and the fish is well-coated.
